Delivery

We aim to post your item(s) within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

Once processed please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. 

Mainland UK shipping only.  

 

All shipments to the United Kingdom will be posted by Second Class Royal Mail delivery. 

We do our best to fairly represent our products. Please make sure to always check dimensions and in some rare cases allow for some slight colour variations.

You can return your order for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please follow the procedure below:

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s). We recommend that you return the goods via Recorded delivery.

We will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us. If the item you have received is faulty we will also refund postage and the cost of your return postage.

All items are checked thoroughly before we send them to you. We will only accept returns that are in perfect condition with the tag still attached.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please give us a call and we can confirm that we have your size in stock and we can put that item away for you until we receive your original order back.
